Introduction of the Technical Service Team

All the technical service staff of the company has received the strict training from the maintenance center of the imported engines in the mainland like Cummins, IVECO and Perkins which helps them to accumulate rich experience and improve their skills to provide the high-efficient, satisfactory and professional service in the periodical examination and maintenance.


Quality Assurance


■ The brand-new generator unit produced by our company conforms to the standards in the industry;
■ We assure the delivery on schedule and provide the installation and commissioning service;
■ We keep the file of customers and pay regular visits to the customers;
■ We have the spare components and wearing parts to ensure the high efficient components and maintenance service;
■ We provide the lifelong technical service and the supply of the original parts.
■ The wearing parts, daily used components, error and mistakes due to the fault or neglect of the operators shall be excluded from the warranty.


Product Sales Service


◆Service before the sale


1、Collect the customer and industry information and offer effective and constructive advice to the customers.
2、In the first stage of the negotiation, the professional technician shall communicate with the customers and provide the standard drawing in accordance with the criteria for the reference of customers.
3、Provide the consultation, information and shop drawings including the civil design, heating and ventilating, water supply and sewage drainage system, power supply and distribution, noise reduction, environment protection, fire control and the installation of the machinery according to the plant structure and working conditions;
4、Put forward the problems existing in the joint and breakpoint between the unit and the high or low support and provide the solution;
5、To reduce the energy consumption, assist the customers in the drawing design with AutoCAD for the reference of the customers.


◆Service during the sales


6、When the agreement is reached, provide the technical data of the original unit which may be of help in the maintenance and filing;
7、Products cannot leave the factory until they are examined by the professional technician and granted the certificate of quality.
8、Provide the scientific and reasonable installation service according to the circumstance of the generator room as well as the technical requirements for the power distribution.
9、Provide the commissioning of the unit upon the completion of the installation.


◆After-sale Service


10、Provide free training to the operators upon the completion of the installation.
11、With a one-year maintenance period or no longer than accumulated 1000-hour operation hours (the earlier date prevails), we offer free maintenance for the defects of the machine within the term of maintenance.
12、We provide the lifelong maintenance service and the supply of the original wearing parts. In case of any malfunction, it shall be solved within 24 hours.
13、13. Our technicians will have a periodical examination of the equipment sold by our company.
