The maintenance procedures for the generator unit:

※ Details of the components of the diesel engine required to be replaced;
※ Assembly of all components;
※ Examination upon the completion of the assembly of the diesel engine before the commissioning;

※ Record of the maintenance;
※ Examination of the diesel engine during the running-in period;
※ Delivery of the diesel engine upon the termination of the running-in period;

The maintenance workshop which covers an area of 2000 square meters is equipped with all kinds of equipments and instruments adopted in the generator unit power test, mechanical water-horse power test, unit current test and generator’s rotor test as well as the equipment adopted in the processing of the lathe, boring machine, planer, punching machine, drill machine, grinding machine, lapping finish, sandblast, coloring, shearing and folding. The generator unit power test (field load test) as well as the 100% load test at the maintenance workshop ensures the proper operation of the on-load generator unit. Precise instrument and inspection equipment are adopted in the commissioning.
